Search Terms
When a name, location, or similar search term is entered into a partner search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. We do not keep a separate local log of those search terms.
Messages
If you send an email or other message, the information in that message may be kept long enough to read it, respond, and manage the request. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Automatic Technical Data
Like most websites, this site may receive routine technical data when a page loads. That information helps with site performance, troubleshooting, security, analytics, and advertising measurement.

This site links to jail rosters, sheriff and corrections pages, Washington court and public-record portals, DOC resources, BOP and ICE locators, and third-party search services. After you leave this site, the privacy policy and data practices of the outside site apply.
Advertising partners may also use their own systems to measure activity across websites and show interest-based ads. Their tracking, opt-out tools, and retention practices are controlled by those partners.
Limited Sharing

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor has sent personal data, contact us so the issue can be reviewed and the data can be removed when appropriate.

- Request a correction if stored information is wrong.
- Ask that personal data be deleted where deletion is legally and technically available.
